You will read a selection of traditional literature from one particular culture or country. All selections must be from the oral tradition and be in the public domain.
You will conduct research on the culture in general during the time period in which at least one of these stories originated and read reviews of books in order to apply criteria for cultural authenticity. Your research should support your contention that the story you choose for A.3.4 is culturally authentic.

You will choose one of these stories for A.3.4: Traditional Storytelling Project. Your research should help you confirm that the story you select is culturally authentic. Also, you will need to be sure that the selected story is appropriate for the audience you have identified for A.3.4.
